Stage 1

Step 1: Create the pre-analysis matrix

Start with the study questions and define a matrix that brings together themes, categories and the spaces where responses will be organized.

Stage 2

Step 2: Have the transcripts in PDF

Gather interview and group-session transcripts in PDF format. One file per session makes review and processing easier.

Step 3: Create a board to organize information

Use a board to arrange each document, identify its status and keep the information journey visible.

Step 4: Process the information

Process documents to locate the responses linked to each question and group them according to the matrix themes.
