This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected by Dipli, a platform temporarily operated by IGNITE AI COL S.A.S., in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations.

Data controller: The natural or legal person that decides how a database and its data will be processed.

• Comments, answers, forms, and attached files.

By accepting this Policy, the User declares that they:

• Authorize IGNITE AI COL S.A.S. to process their personal data in accordance with this Policy.
• Authorize commercial and product communications.
• Authorize the use of cookies and analytics tools.
• Authorize the international transfer of their data to data processors.
• Authorize the anonymized use of their data to improve the product.

Acceptance will be understood to have been given through a checkbox in forms, continued use of the site, or explicit confirmation through digital means.
