3. Process

1. Explanation

This module allows you to pre-analyze the information extracted from the transcripts.

2. Requirements

For this process, you must comply with certain documents with a corresponding organization:

2.1. Pre-analysis matrix

Building the matrix allows artificial intelligence to answer the questions found in the transcripts by organizing them into chapters and subchapters, which are the topics and subtopics into which the study will be divided. This document will be created in Excel so that when the artificial intelligence delivers the results of the complete matrix.

  • To create this matrix, use the report outline as a basis, since it will show you which chapters and subchapters are included in the matrix. Based on this, you can organize the questions that need to be answered.

  • Have the questions in row C of the Excel spreadsheet.

  • The questions must be the same as those found in the guide that was previously created in the study.

  • The questions found in the matrix must be exactly the same as those that will be in the transcripts.

  • In C1, the title “questions” must always be written without capital letters or spaces.

2.2 Interviews

By constructing the matrix, artificial intelligence can answer the questions found in the transcripts, organizing them by chapters and subchapters, which are the topics and subtopics into which the study will be divided. This document will be created in Excel so that when artificial intelligence delivers the results of the complete matrix, the transcriptions of the in-depth interviews must be organized in a structured manner, beginning with the question asked by the interviewer, followed by the interviewee's response, helping the AI to identify the topic. For the transcripts of the in-depth interviews, the transcripts must be organized in a structured manner, starting with the question asked by the interviewer, followed by the interviewee's response, helping the AI to identify the respective answer to the question to attach it to the matrix.

This module allows you to pre-analyze the information extracted from the transcripts. The steps for carrying out this process are described below:

9. Once the card is “in progress,” it should not be moved manually, as this will generate errors.

*If the process needs to be canceled, the super administrator must be notified to cancel the card through Jobs.

10. Once the process begins, you can view the status of the process in the orange bar that will appear on the card. If you want to know if the process has started, you can open the card and check the activity, which will show the start date and time.

11. Once the AI has completed the process, the card will automatically be processed.

12. When the card is being processed, open the card and “export the results” to obtain the processed matrix.

4. Card processed

After the card is processed, you can obtain more information such as:

Tokens: Refers to the expense incurred in processing the card.

image.png

Chat Bot: This option will be available once the card has been processed, allowing users to ask questions in natural language about the data obtained in the matrix, where the history of each user's conversations with the card in question will be stored.
