1. OBJECT

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected by Dipli, a platform temporarily operated by Brandstrat BIC SAS, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations.

2. DEFINITIONS

Personal data: Any information that allows a natural person to be identified.

Processing: Any operation on personal data (collection, storage, use, circulation or deletion).

 

Data controller: Natural or legal person who decides on the database and its processing.

Data processor: The person who carries out the processing on behalf of the controller.

3.1. Data provided by the user:

  • Name, surname, position, email, company name

  • Comments, responses, forms, and attachments

  • Feedback provided voluntarily in interviews, surveys or other channels

  • IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location

  • Site usage data, action within the platform

  • Cookies and analytics tools

4. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Provide access to Dipli's free service

  • Manage informative, technical or promotional communications

  • Improve the product, interface and functionalities

  • Perform statistical and user experience analysis

  • Training internal artificial intelligence models with anonymized data

  • Comply with legal obligations

5. RIGHTS OF THE OWNER

The holder has the right to:

  • Know, update and rectify your personal data

  • Request proof of the authorization granted

  • Be informed about how your data is used

  • Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of your data

  • Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce

6. SECURITY MEASURES

Dipli adopts physical, administrative, and technological measures to ensure the protection of personal data, including:

  • Internal access control

  • Backups and secure storage

  • Encryption of communications and data in transit

  • Contracting with certified third parties (when applicable)

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

The data subject agrees that their data may be processed by technology providers located outside of Colombia (Mailchimp, Google, AWS, among others), always under agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection.

8. DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, or as long as there is a legal obligation justifying its retention.

9. CHANNELS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS

Cualquier solicitud relacionada con el ejercicio de derechos podrá ser enviada al correo coo@dipli.ai, indicando:

  • Full name of the owner

  • Precise description of the right you wish to exercise

  • Copy of identity document (if applicable)

10. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Dipli podrá actualizar esta Política en cualquier momento. En caso de cambios sustanciales, estos serán comunicados en el sitio web o por correo electrónico.

11. EXPLICIT CONSENTS

By accepting this Policy, the User declares that:

  • You authorize the processing of your personal data by Brandstrat BIC SAS in accordance with this Policy.

  • Authorizes the sending of commercial and product communications.

  • Authorizes the use of cookies and analytics tools.

  • You authorize the international transfer of your data to data processors.

  • You authorize the anonymized use of your data for product improvement purposes.

Acceptance will be deemed granted by checking a box on forms, by continued use of the site, or by explicit confirmation via digital means.
