1. Explanation
This module uses the information obtained from module 2 and the context of the study and the table of contents to construct a report and a preliminary report that is shorter.

For this process, you need to get some documents from the right organization:
2.1 Context
This document provides the necessary context to give artificial intelligence clear information and focus for the study to be carried out. This context serves not only as a starting point but also as a conceptual basis that will guide the development of the study, thus enabling greater precision between the project's needs and the contribution of artificial intelligence.

2.2 Report outline
The purpose of this outline is to provide a clear and orderly structure for the preparation of the report, ensuring that all relevant aspects are addressed in a logical and coherent manner. This document includes the main sections that should be developed. This outline will serve as a guide for organizing ideas, facilitating the presentation of information in a precise and understandable way for your target audience.

2.3 Matrix
The objectives of the study should be added to this matrix.
3. Process
1. After creating a board in the New section on the right side of the title, click on the + sign.
2. A pop-up window will open where you can name the card and click on the “create” button.
3. Select the card you have created and give a short description of the project, then click on the “save” button.
4. On the right-hand side, you will see several options where you can upload the context, the pre-analysis matrix, and the report structure. These files must be uploaded in .pdf format.
5. Once the documents have been uploaded, you can check in the activities section to see if the documents were uploaded correctly.
6. Once everything is correct, close the pop-up and move the card to “in progress.”
7. Once the card is “in progress,” it should not be moved anywhere manually, as this will generate errors.
*If the process needs to be canceled, notification must be given.
8. When the process begins, you will be able to view the status of the process in the orange bar that will appear on the card. If you want to know if the process has started, you can open the card and check the activity, which will show the start date and time.
9. Once the AI has finished the process, the card will automatically move to processed.
10. When the card is in processed, open the card and click on the report icon and the pre-analysis report to download the files.
4. Deliverables

An executive report, with descriptive and explanatory analyses of a global nature, ideal for strategic presentations.

A detailed report, which delves deeper into the analysis by segments, includes verbatim quotes and specific conclusions, perfect for supporting recommendations in a solid and well-founded manner.
