1. Explanation
Workspaces are sections where different studies with different themes can be grouped together.
1. You must log in to the platform with the email address and password assigned to you previously.
2. At the top right, you will find the “Workspaces” option, which you should click on.
3. A menu will open showing the workspaces that have been created.
2. Workspaces Panel
On the left side is the “workspace” and the panel will open where you can do:

Create workspaces

Edit workspaces

Delete workspaces

Recover workspaces

View all workspaces on the platform with their respective board numbers and processed cards (uploaded studies)
3. Create a workspace
1. You must log in to the platform with the email and password previously assigned.
2. Upon entering, you will find the “CREATE” option at the top left and click on it.
3. Options will open and you will select the “create workspace” option.
4. A pop-up window will open to assign a name to the workspace. You can also add a description and choose between public and private.

*Public: Allows all platform users to access the workspace.

*Private: Only the person who created it and administrators can view it. However, it can be shared with more users for access.
5. Finally, select the “Create” button.
4. Delete a workspace
1. Go to the workspace you want to delete.
2. At the top of the workspace will be the option “Delete workspace.”
3. You will click on it and a pop-up will appear confirming the operation to delete the workspace.
5. Recover a workspace
This option can only be done by the administrator or super administrator.
1. Go to the “workspace” option on the right.
2. You will be able to see all the workspaces there are and at the top right there is the option “DELETE SPACES” which you will click on.
3. The list of all deleted spaces will open and the space you want to recover will be selected.
